At Al Ramzan, we proudly offer local delivery to make your shopping experience more convenient. Our delivery service is available within select regions, with rates based on your location. Please review the following details for our local delivery service:

  • Delivery Areas: We currently offer local delivery within [list your service areas or regions]. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery address. Rates are as follows:

  • Delivery Schedule: We offer Same Day deliveries between 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Orders placed after 4:00PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day. If you require same-day delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

  • Special Instructions: If you have any specific delivery instructions, such as leaving your order at a particular location or needing a contactless delivery, please provide details at checkout or notify our team directly.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Al Ramzan, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Grocery and Produce Items: Returns or exchanges on grocery and produce items must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

  • Hot Food & Catering: Due to the perishable nature of hot food and catered items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • Halal Butcher Shop: For fresh meat products, returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unopened. Please provide a receipt for any return or exchange.

  • Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original, unopened packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned items. For exchanges, we will provide a store credit or replacement product.
